Remember how I said I found a wonderful place to take pictures but it was too gloomy? Well, the weather finally agreed with me and let me grab a few random shots. Personally I think they're nothing spectacular, but it was nice to get out and get some use out of my camera again. I'll be uploading a few (which will probably turn into a lot) of them either later tonight or sometime tomorrow. I'm excited.

Please give me feedback on them? Even if it's something small, I love getting responses to my photos so I can improve my skills. Even if you just leave your opinion on one it would be greatly appreciated.


Oh, and about riding again. I finally got my hands on some good paddock boots and breeches (a huge thanks to my mom for driving 45 minutes, buying them, and shipping them overnight so I would have them in time), but there's a problem. The brat of a horse I was riding freaked out and tossed me. Granted, I'm barely hurt compared to what could have happened, but a compound fracture in the top joint of the middle finger on my left hand isn't the best result. I'm left handed too, so writing's been difficult. Due to the location and severity of the break, I'm not allowed to ride for at least 3 weeks (which I think is stupid because it's just a finger). Thankfully, that was 2ish weeks ago and I have an appointment next Wednesday afternoon to get it checked out again. With any luck, I'll be back in the saddle by the 26th.
